We love face masks and warm baths, but we know self-care is way deeper. Take some time today to check in with yourself. Assess how you’re REALLY feeling. Cry if you need to. Go for a walk. Paint, write, dance, cook, scream. Get it out. Feel it and get through it. We have to realize that working through these emotions and addressing things is uncomfortable. It’s a part of the process.
